Two male kittens won't stop beefing with each other

Hi Everyone - looking for advice on introducing 2 kittens, Archie (siamese cross, noy desexed yey, 4 months old) and Humphrey (scottish straight, desexed, 3 months old).

We have had Archie for 2 months. He is very boisterous and playful. I suspect he was taken from his mum a little too early. I picked Humphrey up from his home today. Humphrey is a little timid, but very calm and cuddly.

I introduced the two today - Humphrey was im his carrier and Archie was free roaming. Archie instantly became hostile i.e. Hissing, attempting to swat. Humphrey was suprisingly calm.

We separated them after a while into their own spaces. I stayed with Humphrey until he settled. We slowly introduced the two again, they were great for about 10 mins, then I needed to remove Archie. I reintroduced them once again - where I played with Archie (distracting him from Humphrey). They happily ignored each other for 30 mins before fighting again 😅

Any tips for the upcoming week of them getting used to each other? I really want them to be lifelong companions.
