Brought a stray female kitten home to a house with a 9 month old boy kitten. Now I have pee on my couch.

Okay, so, believe it or not the stray kitten I brought home is very well behaved. She let me bath her, she uses the liter box and she likes to be pet. Her and my boy kitten got along right away, and I'm very, very lucky for that. I took her to the vet before bringing her home. No chip, no health problems, nothing to be worried about. And again she has been great. Now today I smelt pee well sitting on my couch, well futon (brand new futon.) After investigating I realized that one of the cats was peeing on the support behind the futon. Hard to explain but where the futon would fold when it becomes a bed. I've never had an accident with my 9 month old boy, who is neutered. And I've never seen the new girl have an accident either. I'm guessing she's about 4-5 months and I'm getting her spayed next month. Anyways I am lost. I don't know if my boy is stressed and peeing or if my new girl is not used to being in a home and peeing. Either way I don't know what to do or how to best help either one of them. TLDR: Brought a new kitten home, no accidents. Have older kitten at home, no accidents. Now pee on futon. Help?
