Cat having difficulty adjusting after move

So it's been a month since I moved. I knew to expect nervousness from my cat. I knew, though I fretted for the entire time, that the first few days she probably wouldn't eat. I knew it would take her time to adjust.

What I didn't expect was that a month from the moving date, she'd still growl and hide whenever she heard a noise from outside my room, and steadfastly refuse to leave my room for any reason.

I've gotten her to explore a couple times by opening the door and walking out, leaving her alone in the room and ready to look for me, but only at times when my roommates are all fast asleep, at 2 or 3 in the morning. She won't even entertain the notion during daylight hours. I'm baffled, because she lived in a house full of people before moving as well...and she was such a social butterfly with all of them, and loved to race around the old house.

Now she just does laps around my room. It is causing issues with my sleep, because I can't just let her out when she gets the zoomies—she won't leave the room if I'm not with her. So I'm awoken every night by her leaping on me during zoomies or knocking things over.

I don't know what to do. Please help.
