I have two cats that have been peeing outside of the litter box in the same spot in the basement. My mother and I have tried almost everything and the cats are no isolated in the storage room... The carpet was just cleaned and disinfected by cleaners. HOWEVER I believe the introduction of a dog has caused the urination problem. I can't keep my cats in that room forever while my mother has no problem with it. I need advice on the situation, anything is appreciated thank you.
