[Help] I found a lost or seemingly-abandoned Cockatiel at the park today. It’s been away for a month. It’s wings are clipped and it’s clearly been domesticated. What should I do with it?

At the park I found someone’s either lost or abandoned cockatiel. It’s extremely docile around people and I was able to pet it a few times. I stood guard around it while mom showed up with a pet taxi. When we got it home we gave it some water so he won’t get dehydrated.

The thing about this bird is that he’s been out there for a month at least and mom said she saw him a few times. Should I try to find his owner or give him to the humane society?
