I think my dog has Kennel Cough as he has a really nasty cough that makes him heave as well. He still has his appetite and is fine in himself which is why I haven’t taken him to the vets. (The research I’ve done suggests it should clear up by itself)
However, the cough sounds really unpleasant and I want to help relieve some of the symptoms. My research suggests honey can be used but has anyone got any advice for me to help me relieve his symptoms?
