Hello, we adopted 4 cats yesterday. A mother and 3 of her kittens. They were fine at the foster house with each other. When we moved the mother hid under a couch for a few hours while she got her bearings for the new house. During this time she hissed and growled at one of the kittens who got close. Now she is significantly more comfortable at the house but she is going after the kittens and chasing them down. I’m curious if it is just her being nervous still or a dominance thing? And if anybody has any ideas that can help with keeping her calm. Thanks in advance.
