This has been going on for a little while now and I can’t really afford bringing him to the vet, and I can’t find a clear answer from using google. But my cat has been chewing himself up and it’s worrying me. I don’t know if it’s an itch but when he’s been cleaning himself he starts chewing. There are scabs all over his belly and he has chewed off a portion of fur on his front legs and back. I don’t know what this is and why he’s doing it. I think it’s allergies so I got him some anti itch spray but he’s scared of it and he’s been avoiding me because of it. He acts the exact same as he always have for the past 10 years but he looks horrible
