I’m a first time cat owner. I’m 24 and living with my parents. We have a 12 year old chocolate late that literally can’t find food in front of his face. I’m working from home for the next month.
I saw a cat I’m interested in adopting. He stayed in the crate for an hour so I made another appointment to see him—when his foster payment came in there was a tornado watch so there were pretty bad storms. I reached in and petted him and he didn’t hiss or spit when I petted him. He’s 15 months old. Really sweet very very shy.
As a first time cat owner, is there anything out of the ordinary I need to know?
