Hi, I just adopted my first cat from a rescue and I could use some advice. After a few days, I went to a vet and they said my Bengal was in good heath, but probably got ear mites from the shelter. They cleaned out her ears and gave me two doses of Revolution to give her now and in two weeks. They were going to give me some ear drops, but apparently they were out and will call me when they get them back in stock.
Today, my cat barely wanted to play in the morning and she's been sleeping most of the day. Normally, she likes to play 3 times a day, plus I noticed she was biting a bit more than normal during her grooming routine. Granted, I've only had her since Friday, so I don't really have great baseline, but should I be worried? I called the vet to tell them that she's been kinda droopy today and they never called me back.
Is it normal for a cat to be a little bit tired the day after one of these treatments? I feel like I might be a little over concerned, especially since she's still eating, but I don't know what I'm doing... Any advice?
