My apartment complex allows two cats. I had been thinking about getting my cat a friend because she started getting very energetic and got the zoomies constantly. It seemed like no matter how much I played with her, she couldn’t be entertained enough. Anyways, I looked for cats for a few weeks straight looking for the perfect match for her. I found one at an adoption event and instantly fell in love. My lease is up in a few months and I’ll be living in a different apartment with the same management company. Like I said, I can technically have two cats but I completely forgot to ask/tell them about the new guy. I don’t want to lie to them, but I don’t know how to bring it up. Will they find out easily? They’re not helicopter managers, but they do sometimes enter apartments to give tours if we’re not renewing.
