So I need some cat advice. About two years ago my husband and I got married and I adopted my husbands cat who is 14 years old. We are a military family so we’ve been moving about every six months. The cat was given up halfway through his previous ownership and then re-adopted so he’s got some trauma. This cat and I get along great and we’re best friends, except at night. He runs around the whole house screaming (cat not husband) and if I shut the door to keep him out of the room because I can’t sleep(after hours of the scream). he pees on something I love like a my coat or my bathrobe. I’ve given him CBD oil and that hasn’t helped calm him. He has a playmate cat who does not scream and she is 9. I talk to the vet and he said that he’s fine and he is prob just playing. How can I stop him screaming at night/him spite peeing on my stuff? Thank you.
