Cat - Is a single apple seed a problem?

Hi all

I'm well aware that apple seeds are bad for pets due to the cyanide in them. Is a single apple seed a risk for an adult (not elderly) cat? I'm very concerned about ever dropping one and would like to know if I ever can't find one, if I need to watch for symptoms.
