My 13 year old cat has been on Xanax for several months now and, until recently, has been very good about eating pill pockets pill and all. For the last few weeks, she'll chew the treat a couple times, then drop it and ignore it. Her anxiety is now uncontrolled and she's clearly pretty stressed. I don't want to use more forceful methods to pill her as doing so just stresses her out even more.
What can I do?
