Found a lost dog and posted online about it. Person claims it’s theirs but the dog had no collar or a chip when found and took to the vet. The dog was underweight when found and vet told me as well. Spent around 400 now in total to try take care of dog. I don’t wanna give the dog back to previous owner do I think is negligence of the dog on their part. What do I do ?
