Help With Cat Situation

Not sure if this is the correct place to post, or how to title this, but I need some help in possibly saving a innocent kitten. I just found out my parents are planning on getting (buying from a breeder) a new kitten when it’s ready. I assume this new decision has to do with the fact I just adopted new cat. (I’m an adult who lives in my own home) To put it bluntly, my parents are horrible people and somehow worse pet owners, but I’m not sure if they would be considered animal abusers or not, or if it’s serious enough for animal control or someone to care.

When I lived with them we had two cats and a dog, and when I moved out I was able to take one of the cats, Jake, with me. After that, they decided to renovate their house and decided Freddie, the other cat, needed to be declawed. Freddie was two years old when they took him to be declawed on all four paws. He is not fixed, and they have never taken him or any other animals to the vet ever because they don’t believe in doctors, it’s just BigVet trying to scam them. After the declawing, they also decided to have him be an outdoor cat now. The dog, Bloo, from what I understand, is dying and they won’t take him for even a checkup. They always ignore all of the animals and constantly complain about having to care for them. But they want a new kitten? I know they will immediately take this kitten to get declawed, and let it roam outside unfixed, and treat it less important than their furniture. Is there anything I can do to stop them from hurting the animals they have and from them hurting future animals? I know they are only getting this kitten because in their minds they have to compete with me.
