So my father just got a female belgian malinois and our old dog, a male Beagle, keeps trying to mount her and keep smelling her crotch. In the beginning she would just shake him off but now she growls at him. My father wont neuter any of them. Our beagle has cooled of a little and is keeping a respectful distance from her for a while but he still follows her everywhere and, when he can, sniffs her crotch. What do I do with them? Will this last? How do i convince my father to neuter our beagle?
