How to clean an old, oily cat without a bath?

So I have a cat, mocha, who is 11ish years old and both has arthritis and a flea allergy (that we’ve tried for years to get rid of with and without vets help).

The flea allergy gives her scans which don’t bless but just crust off into her fur and the arthritis causes her to be unable to groom her body, only her face. She’s frail, limps, and her hind legs click when she walks.

I generally groom her for her by brushing to get scabs knots and loose fur out (which comes in clumps) but she’s very oily afterwards, especially where the scabs are.

She hates baths and in her condition I don’t feel comfortable putting her under that kind of physical or mental stress. How can I get rid of the oil? Are there any wipes that work well or spray shampoos or types of brushes that would work? Thank you
