I have a lot of options of where I want to get a kitten from. There was one place that keeps coming to mind when I considering get adopted. ASPCA. They are affordable as far as I can see. Plus with everyone knowing about my last experience. I found that there cats are microchip, but not activated until you adopt them. They even give them a name tag and are spray/neutered. I am really considering doing it. I think $125 would be worth the
