My dog may die, and I'm worried Veterinary error/carelessness has played a big part.

TL;DR: My small dog got into Advil, my Vet provided very limited care despite being told to take all measures needed to save her life, and now 3 days later she is acting even sicker.

So long story short my 9lb, 8 year old pomeranian chewed into a mini bottle of Advil Tuesday night, best guess is she ate 10 or less liquid gels.

I live in the country, and have a fabulous relationship with my regular clinic because I manage an animal shelter and all of our shelter pets also go through said clinic. The clinic has two regular Vet's. One I absolutely adore and he takes regular care of my animals, the other has a huge hear for rescue but she sometimes cuts corners in an effort to save costs.

As soon as I realized what happened I immediately called, and the second vet I mentioned above was on call. We got there and my girl was acting better than she had at home, but I was still extremely concerned because she had been bumping into things, falling over and acting extremely neurological.

The vet set her up on an IV drip, attempted to tube her some charcoal which didnt work, and that was it. She didn't run bloodwork or anything that night, and I specifically told her to take whatever measures were needed to save her. The next day she texted and told me she was really alert and active and asked if I wanted her to get a dental (which I admit she was reallllly overdue for) I said as long as she would be ok to get one despite her overdose that would be fine. So they kept her overnight again to do a dental the next morning.

So Thursday afternoon rolls around, I have to call 3 times to find out if I can pick her up or not, and finally 5 minutes before they close she is released to me with no further information. Again, I know them well so I assume it's because of that relationship. However I look at my bill and there were no other medications administered, and it looks like they did pre-OP bloodwork for the dental, which I greatly appreciate, but that's it.

Thursday night she didnt seem to feel very good, but hey rentals can do that, Friday she was a little off and didnt want to eat so I checked her mouth to find they had done a few extractions they didnt tell me about, and Fast forward to this weekend and my dog is not wanting to eat even wet food or baby food, hiding under the bed and acting extremely lethargic, and over the last few hours muscle tremors have developed in her face. She wont come when I call, is completely weak when she walks, and I'm petrified there is nothing that can be done this late.

I will be taking her into the clinic first thing tomorrow morning, seeing our other Vet and hope he does more for her. I would take her to another clinic tonight, but working for a nonprofit I already don't make much and after paying her quite large emergency bill earlier this week I just can't afford to take her to another facility.

So here I am heartbroken, upset, angry. I know I have blame in this game because she got into the advil in the first place, but the cat in the house has a horrible habit of knocking things off shelfs. I just don't know what to do right now, so lost.
