My oldest cat (currently 5 years old) recently began to have this tiny bumps over his neck. A few days later, and he must of scratched them to pieces because now they looked like crusted acne spots and the surrounding fur seems to have reduced. This has never happened before. We are gonna take him to a vet but should we be worried? We recently took in an abandoned house cat who had been living on the streets for a while, but we got him checked up and he seemed fine. So should we be concerned?
