Can anyone help me, my girlfriend and I recently got a puppy and she is is very timid and not really energetic when her sister isn't around. She spends most of her time with her sister and only really plays with her. Her sister was taken out for a walk and we decided to play with her but she just didn't seem that interested and flinched quite a bit, we know she hasn't been beat or anything because we were around all the time since she was born. Any help would be appreciated a ton!
