So i have 10 cats 5 new born about a week ago,and 4 under a year and the mom of them all is almost 3 years old(she has 21 babys in 3 years dont ask about rest)and i live in a apartment on the x floor and on the highest roof is where my cats like to chill its a open area for drying clothes it has other apartment rooms etc and theres a guy there.this guy is a little shi* he litteraly fought with my dad because we were customizing our bicycle on the floor above our place.we wanted there because of multiple reasons.so to the point.
one day a stray cat that lives near the floor above ours.and he pooped on his place and he thought it was our cat...even if there are 3 more cats stray and domesticated that live ON THE SAME FLOOR and he went at us saying if your cat poops at my place again ill take it and throw it away on the road(i imagine thats where).so i said ay my cats have a good place to do their buissness no reason for my cats to poop there blame it the stray cat or something.and he just said"if your cat shits here again ill take it away"and im like "..."(theres way more about this guy that is fuc*ed.
What do i do?i cant complain to the guards the owners or anyone because this guy"tells the truth and is trusted by us"im guessing this guy lived on the place for a long time but if i stop making my cats go out well...thats basicly impossible is all im saying.The last 11 cats all either "got lost"(maybe this guy threw them away as well).
