So last year, I adopted a cat from the shelter, and i adore him. He's chill, minds his own business 85% of the time (unless he wants snuggles). I baby this cat like crazy. I teach him tricks, we watch youtube together. He sleeps on my chest. Honestly, he's such a life changing little guy, and is normally a little saint.
The problem? he hates my friend of 6 years. With a passion. She comes over and he runs to me. If she sits down, he will try and smack her on the head. If she tries to get near him, he hisses.
My friend is amazing with animals usually, too. She's so gentle. She volunteers at a farm ( i do too! So i dont think its animal scent? I only work with equines though, wheras she also deals with cows and goats so that might be a factor?)
Whats the deal with my cat?
