My 2 kittens don't get along, help.

Yesterday I picked up 2 little kittens, I've named them Mocha and Latte. Mocha is a little girl and Latte is an even tinier boy. They are both a little bit scared of me, which is to be expected with new cats. But here's the thing, they don't get along either. Latte is super sweet, he likes exploring and loves playing with his new sister. He will paw at her and bite her tail. But Mocha is having none of it. She gives Latte countless warnings and Latte will just ignore them. This causes Mocha to lash out at him, as far as even chasing him through the room. Whenever I put them in seperate rooms they will both start meowing non-stop, but I can't put them together because they will immediately start fighting again. How should I go about this?

Left is Latte, right is Mocha
