Considering a puppy up for adoption at a foster home. Rescued from a hoarding situation, had parasites, foster said to have taken care of it. The foster is part of a rescue group that`s been around for nine years, has an email and phone #, but no name. Did not ask for an application or interview from us, which we thought was unusual given how strict groups can be. What should we be looking for/asking during our visit tomorrow?
