I just went to the vet and they said my cat was very healthy and since she’s playful and isn’t showing any signs of health issues this shouldn’t be a problem. But I’m still concerned, for her weight she’s supposed to be eating 1 5.5oz can of wet food per day and she only eats a third of the can if any. She barely touches the dry food either.
My roommate has a cat too and they stopped giving their cat wet food. Now their cat eats my cat’s uneaten food, because she doesn’t like the food my roommate gives her. I’m basically paying for my roommate’s cat to eat when that’s not even my responsibility. I’ve tried putting my cat in my room to eat since my roommate’s cat looming over her probably stresses her out, but she still didn’t eat. Some days she’ll actually eat more than a few bites but most of the time she doesn’t.
