So I've been trying to tame my hamster for about a month now. I started slowly and was so patient.
Eventually I THOUGHT I made some progress since one night I put food in the palm of my hand and he climbed on it and I was able to even lift him up a little bit. I was so happy!
But the very next night when I tried to interact with him he was SO SCARED of me. I thought I was gaining his trust.
I'm kinda sad because he just acts like this. Sometimes seems to trust me and sometimes acts likes he's terrified of me. It seems like it depends on his mood and not on gaining trust.
