My 5 month old kitten is a very active , entergetic kitten . I’m saying 1-2 hours of intense play before she settles down and want to relax . Anyways I got her spayed Wednesday and when I bought her home I was happy to see she was very calm because I’m really anxious about her moving too much and I want her to heal appropriately . Well , the night she of course started to her active and started jumping places while being wobbling so I cleaned out my walk in closet and decided to let her stay in there instead of crating her . However it’s very sad because she cries a lot in there , and I want to play with her bc intense play is the only thing that satisfies her , but I know that’s not okay . I let her out a few times a day but as soon as she comes out she cuddles me for a bit then starts jumping on my dresser and bed ( high ) then I feel bad bc I have to isolate her again . The healing process is 7-14 days and I don’t want her to hate me after this isolation stuff bc it’s very sad . What are some appropriate ways to play with her while she is healing ? Is it wrong to ignore her cries ?
