I live alone and have always been in love with cats. I think it's finally time to get some!
I have a busy job and am usually away from 8 am to 6 pm and I work some weekends. For that reason, I want two cats so they aren't lonely. I would prefer cats that are more affectionate. The more cuddles the better. Vet and toy costs aren't an issue if that changes anything.
Based on my situation, what would you guys recommend?
Certain age for the cats (I'd prefer them younger so I have more years with them and can get train them but im open to older cats)? Get siblings? Certain things I should do to get ready? Should I adopt at a rescue? Foster? Breeder?
