i cant believe im having this conversation actually. about when to KILL my baby. the one and only being that has ever shown me true love. my baby. my best friend. who am i to determine when his life gets to end?? im so confused and upset. hes 13 1/2. a jack russell. he suffered thyroid cancer in 2019 and had it removed. they told him he wouldnt live much longer after that. but hes been lving. we have to give him calcium and thyroid medication every day. a few months later, he was diagnosed with diabetes. this has been hard because when he doesnt eat enough his levels are off. shortly after that, ( the last 2 months) he rapidly is losing his sight AND hearing. he is literally walking into walls now. its insane how fast his eyesight has been declining. My little boy :'( he used to be so hyper and full of energy and love. always wagging his little tail. now he only eats if i hand feed him and just sits on me all day because he cant see. i cant tell if hes in pain, but i can tell hes scared and sad. his tail doesnt wag much, only when im petting him. he doesnt play at all with his toys anymore either. im so confused on what to do. :( my heart is shattered.
