Missing Brown Pigeon in the South Jersey area

Can you guys keep an eye out for a brown pigeon in the Northeast area (I'm from South Jersey about 15 min away from Philly)?

Backstory: This random pigeon came to my backyard randomly looking weak 6 weeks ago. I've been feeding it daily for 5 weeks. It would come in the morning everyday, hang around/eat/chill (mainly by my window's ledge) until it gets dark and fly away. It has a white zip tie on her foot with no numbers or lettering. It has a tiny white spot on it's head, and on the 26th of September, after eating a little it flew away. Sometimes it flies around on a joy ride, but that day it never came back. I haven't seen it since and very concerned and praying it's okay. I'm hoping it's a racing pigeon and went on with it's course or migrated to a warmer area.

It slept on my window's ledge one night for some reason. It's a bad area to sleep because we have a bunch of stray cats around. So we took it in the cage with no resistance (I'm guessing it was sleeping or tired), it wasn't too happy by the morning so we let it back out. It never wanted to back in the cage.
