The only time the dogs get any form of attention is when they’re fed, let out in the morning, and when exiting or entering the house. I try and stop to pet them when I can but that’s about it, we used to take them for walks but now they’re getting old. One of them has long fur that needs to be brushed but Mum (the owner) usually waits until it’s bad enough to go to a groomer. Are the dogs in a bad situation? Is this neglect? I’m worried.
