As the title says my cat is quite old. He is an inside/outside door cat (not sure of the term). He has had two episodes when he is feeling weak. Just sitting and breathing harshly. The last time he had this episode he didn't eat anything. Luckily my brother got to feel him better in about a week. And no we didn't go to the vet (it's expensive).
After the 1st episode, we came to the conclusion that he either ate something bad or was sick. Now he is the same, perhaps a bit worse, I'm not sure. He is eating in a very small amount of what we tried to give him (some greek yogurt and water).
I'm asking for advice to know if he is simply sick or should be prepared for his passing.
