Should I adopt another cat?

On June 6 of this year, I adopted two cats from the same ONG, both 30-45 days old (two females).

Unfortunately, one of them, my Luna, passed away a month ago (I did everything possible, hospitalization, new exams, etc.). Now I'm thinking of adopting another kitten, but I don't know if my cat, Lora, will adapt with a new kitten, since she is already 6 months old. The financial costs also leave me in doubt (since I am still paying Luna vet bills), in addition to the fear of losing a pet again. Is it much better for my cat to have another kitten to play with?

Obs .: They are my first cats, so I still don't know everything about them, so I would like advice if I adopt, and I am 25 years old
