Very Sneezy Cat

Hello!! I hope this is the right place to post this.

My cat Pandora (12 y/o) has been sneezing quite a bit as of late. Info: -We used to live in Florida, but we moved to SoCal recently. My roommate and I have been keeping the window open as it’s cheaper than AC, so the outside dust/general irritants might be irritating her nose? -Nothing comes out when she sneezes. -She doesn’t sneeze Constantly, but it’s much more often than what’s typical for her/cats in general. -Mr. Boy and Sticky, the other two cats in our home, are not sneezing along with her. This is what’s concerning me most, honestly. She may just be more sensitive than them, though.

Since there’s nothing coming out, my first instinct is to say she doesn’t have an infection, but when I keep looking it up the results range from “she’s sneezing from the air quality” to “she has FIV”. Unfortunately, I don’t have the money to bring her to the vet immediately (she had a health scare in August that I still haven’t recovered from financially).

Has anyone else dealt with a cat that randomly began sneezing like this?
