I was thinking of getting a dog, but I live in an apartment with not much greenery closeby (ie no backyard). I'm worried that there may be times the dog needs to go, but I wouldn't make it down outside in time for the dog to relieve itself. That's why I was wondering if dogs, specifically small dogs, can be trained to use litter boxes and/or pads reliably? Any tips on how to litter box train a dog? Thanks.
