Hi guys, So I have this cat in the building. She is not a pet. Just stays in the building. So 3 weeks ago she gave birth to two kittens in the near closed flat. The tenants forgot to close one window. She comes to my house for food. The only pblm is I'm not hearing the kittens meowing or even crying. Is something wrong with the kitten. I'm not able to get the kittens as the flat is locked and the key is with the tenant.
