my cat fell of the balcony an hour ago, he can't move his left leg (fractured I guess) and he keeps screaming (literally) and changing the place where he lies down, he won't let me come near him, his breath accelerated I believe. I can't go to a vet right now, in fact, it would be about 9 hours before I will be able to do that, what should I do? how would I know of there is an internal bleeding? how can I reduce his pain?
