I have a 9-year-old pug/pomeranian. A few minutes ago I realized that she has a small, round, hard bump about 1.5 inches in diameter that feels hard like bone on her left side towards her last rib. she didn't appear to be in pain. The bump seems to be well under her skin. Any advice as to what may be going on would be incredibly appreciated.
