My ex is also my neighbor. He took in a street cat right before a big storm here and surprise surprise she was pregnant. She has 6 lovely babies. You can check my profile for pics and videos (cat tax!). What can we do to help litter train the kittens? One is starting to pee on the puppy pads my ex has on the floor. Do we put them in the litterbox and show them they need to use their paws? Will the mom show them? I gave my ex a disposable litterbox and my son cut down the front so the kittens can step in and out. He's using pine litter. Is this a good/bad choice? Note: she has been cleaning them but they are 3 weeks now and we read that now is the time to start them with a litterbox. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
