ever since i adopted my 6-year-old cat a couple of days ago, i haven't been able to get good sleep. i tried playing with him a lot right before bed and giving him food but it still doesn't work. he'll meow all night and no matter how much i ignore it, he won't stop. its 7am and i still haven't slept all night because he kept me up and idk what to do anymore. please help
