I’m currently pet sitting a 4.5 months border collie puppy and I am almost at my wits end. He can be the gentlest cutest thing but he just starts randomly latching onto my arms and feet and refuses to let go! My arms are all bruised, scratched and bleeding and I don’t know what to do. I just had a panic attack after managing to get him off me and putting him outside away from me. I try to ignore him after doing this to get it into his head that biting = no play/outside by himself.
I went and brought a tug toy for him, thinking he might be bored and wants something to pull on but he always goes back to biting me. I try to play with him frequently (before he starts biting!) and take him for a 40-60 min walk each morning I have him.
I do not know the owner, and I will be looking after him for the rest of the week. Pls help.
