Hi All
Me and my partner adopted an 8 week old kitten at the start of this week. She is now settling in. She is climbing around, eating and drinking.
She goes to the litter box to do her business. On the pee front, no issues. On the poop front, she poops generally once or twice a day and her poop looks generally what I'd expect from what I have read but she is seemingly straining when she tries to poop.
We have a vet appointment next week for her vaccines so I will mention it to the vet as well, but I was just wondering if any of you had any ideas.
She's eating a combination of dry and wet food. I wonder if it's food related perhaps? I have no idea as this is my first experience having a kitten!
