So full story is that we moved to a new house and here there were many stray cats and my cat wanted to be with them and used to howl/meow alot for a few weeks while looking outside from our balcony. He ran away for 4 days and when we found him, he was alot thinner and was hurt due to fighting with some strays and could hardly meow but he got well and about 10 later ran away again for 3 days after which we found him, this time, he wasn't hurt and was only a bit thinner(compared to last time) but when i pet/rub him under near his throat, it feels like there are a few bumps, like healed wounds or something, my sister is saying that he might have a skin disease and is keeping him out on the balcony all the time for the last 3 days so our other cats are safe.
There is no hair loss or rash or anything similar nor is he scratching them so i dont know what they are but i think that they are scars from the previous time he went away.
There are no open vets due to lockdown and eid holidays so i cant get him to a vet so should i be worried about him coming near my others cats or not?
I dont want to keep him outside as he looks sad and wants to come sleep with us and wants pets but my sister doesn't let me.
