Hey reddit! I just picked up an absolutely gorgeous Pyrenees aussie sheperd mix boy, he is good on the leash, doesnt pull, knows sit, but isnt house broken. I live on my own in rural country and this is the first dog ive ever adopted, however I grew up with and have had several dogs in my life.
What should I expect out of a dog who has spent the last month in a kennel shelter? How can I help him feel safe and calm here? Any tips for house training him? Thanks in advance!
