So I have a dog and a cat that has really bad fleas. My cat is indoors and my dog is indoor/outside. I know my dog is the one bringing them in because we didn't have them when we only had my cat. I've tried different flea meds and they work at first and then the fleas just come back. My cat has scabs all over his body, he is loosing hair from scratching so much and now his tail has begun bleeding from biting and scratching. I also live in an apartment so I am unable to treat the yard. So please tell me what I can do to get rid of these things for GOOD.
