We adopted a new kitten last year and he has grown quite the long coat. I’ve never dealt with a long haired cat and need advice on how to keep him and his coat happy and healthy. He eats science diet kitten food and has access to lots of water. The mats are primarily under his chin, under his arm pits and sometimes on his belly but not superficial.
