My older cat of three years has gingivitis. Now I’m not sure if it was his or our 6 month kitten but we found a tooth on the floor yesterday. First- is there a way we can find out whose tooth it was? We looked in both of their mouths but nothing looked obvious. And second- what brand of food is good for my gingivitis boy? He still eats well- I give him dry and wet- but he is a messy eater and I’ve learned that’s and indication of discomfort while eating. Any recommendations on wet/dry food for gingivitis? Or even medications?
