Dog threw up yellow foam + crystallized/squishy chunk

Hi there!

Recently my 10 year old dog has been throwing up yellow foam about 3 times in the span of a week.

I did some research online and it can be from a wide range of GI distress, food intolerance (swapping food now), or even undereating. Regarding the undereating, he typically waits a while to eat after his bowl is put out but does eat the recommended serving.

The last time he threw up, there was a weird crystal-like substance in his vomit, which while some might attribute to toys, things of the ground - anything like that - he doesn't actually play with toys and it doesn't look familiar at all.

Here is a picture of what it was: https://gyazo.com/e916c1e789afbd76ae7b166539a4ac7b

I was curious if it was something like a gallbladder stone but I've been trying to see if there was anything I could find or any large medical concern.

Thanks!
